Nost Methodology
Nost is a four-component control system developed to reduce fuel consumption and increase combustion efficiency in natural gas and LPG-fired combustion systems. At the application site, system parameters are first analyzed to obtain reference data related to the combustion process. Subsequently, oxygen is purified by the separator module within the system and transferred to the storage unit.The stored oxygen is precisely directed into the combustion chamber in the required amount at the moment of combustion, based on real-time measurements, through a microcontroller-supported control algorithm. This controlled oxygen supply ensures a more stable and efficient combustion of the fuel gas. Throughout the process, the system is monitored via a digital control panel, and when required, remote management can be provided through integration with automation systems. As a result, fuel savings are achieved while emissions are reduced, minimizing environmental impact.
